Bitsybottom.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, or money orders for online purchases.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We try to move quickly to get your order to you as soon as possible. Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to modify it. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com or toll-free at 855.559.6337 and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can guide you through our returns process.

FAQ – Shipping
Yes! We are proud to offer Free USPS Priority Shipping on all Domestic orders over $100. International orders do not qualify for this promotion.
What are the shipping options?
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail from our Warehouse in Delray Beach, Florida. Please contact us for availability and pricing if you need expedited shipping or prefer a different shipping method or carrier.
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday (except major holidays). Please contact us for pricing and availability if you need expedited shipping.
What is the timeframe for holiday shipping and delivery?
Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing. Please contact us for pricing and availability if you need expedited shipping.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we will ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How do I track my package?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. This email will also include a link to the shipping provider’s website so you can follow the progress of your package. Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What should I do if I didn't receive an order confirmation email?
If for some reason you do not receive an email confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly provide your shipping and tracking information.
How can I check on my order?
If you have a bitsybottom.com account, you can access your order history by logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest, you can email us at email@example.com and we’d be happy to provide you an update.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, all international orders ship USPS Priority Mail International. Please contact us for availability and pricing if you need expedited shipping or prefer a different shipping method or carrier.
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Bitsy Bottom is not responsible for customs charges or exchange rates.
FAQ - Returns
If it wasn’t meant to be, we are happy to process your return for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please click here to view our return/exchange policy and begin the return process.
Can I exchange my order?
Bitsy Bottom does not currently offer an exchange policy. We suggest you return the items you wish to exchange and go to www.bitsybottom.com to submit a new order for your new items.
Do you accept returns for Bitsy Bottoms not purchased on bitsybottom.com?
We are unable to accept returns for items not purchased directly through our website. Items purchased through a retail outlet other than Bitsybottom.com must be handled by the original location of purchase. Items purchased at events are Final Sale and may not be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise and refund. We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. The refund will appear on the original form of payment used.

Can I switch the ties on my shorts?

Why doesn’t the print look like the online product photo?
Just like our amazing customers, no two Bitsy Bottoms are exactly the same. Slight variations in the placement of the print are expected from item to item.
The item I want is out of stock in my size, when will it be available?
Bitsy Bottom releases new print collections each season. If something is out of stock, it will not be available on the website. However, if something has been returned it will be re-entered into inventory. Check our website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to double check for you.
What size should I order?
Take a look at our size chart. We have sizes listed as well as measurements to help you choose the best size for your Bitsy Bottom. Our waistbands are elastic free and our fabric offers stretch where needed. If you are between sizes, please keep in mind our products have an intentionally snug fit to move with you. If between sizes in Capris or Leggings, we recommend that you order the smaller size. If you still need assistance, please email or call us for additional help.
My Bitsy Bottoms are damaged. What do I do?
In the case that your Bitsy Bottoms are defective, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com. Let us know what the problem is and we will work out the best solution for the issue. Again, we strive to make you happy and comfortable!
How do I care for my Bitsy Bottoms?

Can I get my Bitsy Bottoms wet?
Yes! Bitsy Bottoms can be worn in pools and in the ocean. Just remember to rinse them in cold water and hang dry when the fun is done.
Do all Bitsy Bottoms fit the same?
We strive to maintain consistent sizing and fit in each of our styles. The fit in each category, beginning with the Spring 2016 Collection, should feel the same. However, because of our Bold Bitsy prints, each print may look slightly different.
