At Bitsy Bottom we want you to love what you wear and be completely thrilled with your new purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If it wasn’t meant to be, we are happy to process your return for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items received without an RA# or requests to return items outside of the 7 day period will not be accepted. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe. Items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned. Please Note: Mala Beads are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Bitsy Bottom is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.

We are unable to accept returns for items not purchased directly through our website. Items purchased through a retail outlet other than must be handled by the original location of purchase. Items purchased at events are Final Sale and may not be returned.

How to Make a Return:

Please click here to complete the Return Authorization form. Your information will be reviewed and you should receive a response within the next business day. Once your Return Authorization Number (RA#) has been issued, merchandise must be received within 7 business days.

Returns will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise and refund. The refund will appear on the original form of payment used.
